Pregnant, Abdominal Pain, Cough, Sneezing, Catarrh. Given Chloroquine, Dexamethasone, Gentamicin Injection. Advise?

I am 5months pregnant and I had serious pain at my lower abdomen, Cough , Sneezing, Catarrah and sleepness night. I complained and I was given a chloroquine(3days) , Dexamethesole(3Days) and Gentamicin(2day) injection was a day. I read this online with their side effects . since then i dont have rest of mind because of the side effect. I will like to know what is happening to my baby , the side effect on baby and other information on them.

Thanks for your query.
Chloroquine may be safe to use during pregnancy but dexamethasone and gentamicin safety in pregnant women may not be established.
Gentamicin cause nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity in the fetus.
You should consult a gynecologist for her expert opinion so she may give you medication which is safe during pregnancy.
