Pregnant. Severe Indigestion, Bloating. Is Cooking At Night And Consuming It The Next Day After Heating Advisable?
Hello Doctor. I am in my 4th month of pregnancy. I am suffering with severe indigestion right from my early pregnancy. After i eat anything, I feel bloated and heavy for many hours.
Also i am a working women. Preparing fresh breakfast in the morning gets difficult for me as I am in a rush for office. Is it advisable that I cook something at night and eat it next day after heating it?
Hi, Thank you for asking question on health care magic. Eating previous day's food is no problem if you can store it properly. It is better you take Diovol 40mg 3 times daily to prevent bloating. Ofcourse eating freshly prepared food is always good. Hope this answer will serve your purpose Please feel free to ask any more queries if required Take care Dr.M.V.Subrahmanyam MD;DCH Associate professor of pediatrics
