Hello,
thanks for using health care magic

High blood pressure in pregnancy is not good to both the
mother and the baby.
To the baby it leads to chronic foetal distress, poor growth
and even death of the baby.
Normally, she should feel at least 30 foetal movements in
12 hours if the child is ok regardless of whether she sleeps
or is working.

It will be important for her to see her gynecologist for a
biophysical analysis of the baby to rule out chronic distress.

Meanwhile she should adhere to her medication and with no
fear cause labetalol is used in pregnancy and there is no
severe adverse effect to the baby.

Hope this answers your query.
Best regards
Dr Achuo
