Pregnant. Having Swollen Legs, Muscular Pain. Suggest

Hi Doctor, am 4 months pregnant, i have lot of swelling in my both legs, I have muscular pains from right bump until my leg while walking. I like to have curd with rice during dinner as i don t like dal. I have 2 fruits a day, mainly orange & pomegranate. I have a glass of milk in the morning, 2 roti/chappathi in lunch with any vegetable. Please advise.

hello dear would be mother...what is your age right now/ are you preganant for the very first time? is your heamoglobin level normal? are ur serum proteins normal? have you done your urine examination? usually there is swelling all over body during pregnancy due to water retention, it is usually normal.but if anything is not correct with HB or urine etc...u need to consult your regular gynaecologist.
