Pregnant. Have Used Cocaine. Caused Irreversible Damage? Hurt My Baby?

I just found out I m 6.3 weeks pregnant and I have used cocaine almost every day the entire time before I just found out. Is there a chance I have caused irreversible damage to my unborn baby?? I have stopped and definitely have no intention or desire to continue any cocaine use but I am scared I have already hurt my baby...

though cocaine is not a proved teratogen( affect fetal development) some side effect may occur.
