Hi Doctor, I had my 20th week scan yesterday. Report as follows: bpd -5.1 cm corresponding to 21 weeks foetal femur - 3.6 cm foetal tibia - 3.0 cm foetal humerus - 3.2 cm foetal spine appeared normal. no evidence of significant open neural tube defect, foetal cardiac activity was visualised and was regular no major foetal anomalies were detected. liquor was adequate. placenta was fundal posterior and was grade 0 in maturity. 1. Is the report normal, 2. What are the chances for normal delivery ? 3. Is there any risk in the growth of child ?
