Popping And Grinding Feeling In Joint While Moving Shoulder Which Had Been Dislocated Twice. Any Alternative To Surgery?

Heyy I m 19, dislocated my right shoulder twice its been about a year now since the last one, now when I move my shoulder around I can feel the joint popping an grinding the doctor told me last time it happened I can either have surgery or live with it, what to do?

frequent shoulder dislocation causes joint laxity or any bony loss over the glenoid or postero superior humeral head. so under go MRI shoulder to rule out structures around shoulder joint. you can undergo arthroscopic repair
