Please Describe Below Two Terms: Pancreas Appears Atrophic With Complete

Please describe below two terms:

Pancreas appears atrophic with complete interval resolution noted in the previously seen minimally FDG avid
well defined hypodense mass lesion in the head of pancreas.

The liver is enlarged in size (19.6 cms in CC) with mild diffuse fatty infiltration. A non FDG avid tiny hypodense
lesion is seen in segment VI, showing significant interval reduction in size, now measuring ~ 4 x 4 mm in size. The
intra hepatic biliary radicals are not dilated. The portal vein is normal.
