Welcome to healthcare magic and it is a pleasure to review your case.

The response of the human system to ovulation inducing drugs is unpredictable. It depends upon the female hormonal status. So a drug that may stimulate one egg to mature in one cycle may not be able to stimulate another in the next cycle or may stimulate too many eggs.

Hence constant monitoring by ultrasound examination is important to understand the response. This helps in adjusting the dose and if needed adding other drugs like Gonadotrophins to help in ovulation.

Hope this has satisfied your queries. Feel free to contact me whenever in need.
Good Luck! Take care
