Placenta Posterior, Upper Segment, Grade I Maturity, Is That Normal ?

I am mrs liju.25 years.y day I did animaly scan.in that placenta posterior, upper segment grade 1 maturity -is that normal ? I want to know can i lie in supine position. Whether it will give any pressure to the baby ?

Hello,
You can lie supine.This report means that the placenta is in back part of the uterus.For 20 weeks odd,this report is fine.Left lateral position may also be comfortable for you.You can lie any way except on your abdomen.
