Persistent Red Ring, Raised Bump, Soreness Over The Site Of Tetanus Booster, Used Cold Compresses. Normal?

hello, 1 week ago i received a teatnus booster, the following day the injection site got red and a lump began to form. i applied cold compresses to no avail, 7 days later i still have a raised bump and a red ring around the site which is warm to the touch, my am is still sore and the bump actually hurts when pressed. it this a normal reaction?

This reaction is not normal..
It looks like an injection abscess...
Visit a doctor immediately...I think wound toileting and drainage of pus is needed...
