Palms Have Spots, Itchiness, Swelling. Taking Modafinil. Allergic Reaction?

Hello, I ve been taking Modafinil 100 Mg twice every day. I ve been doing this for a week but just today the palms of my hands started getting spots. They aren t itchy but they feel a bit swollen. In between my fingers I m also getting clear, bubbly small bumps that do itch a bit. Could this be an allergic reaction I m getting from the Modafinil?
