Painless, Hard Lump Under Armpit, Foul Smell. What To Do?

I have had a painless hard lump under my armpit for about few years. Probably about three to four years. My armpit started to smell bad recently. I have a habit of playing with my pea sized lump. I was playing with it when suddenly I felt a toothpast like brown subtance with black 'dot-like' came out from the lump upon squeezing it. I have not seen a doctor on this. Unsure what it is and what to be done.

hi i think u are suffering from sebaceous cyance ,.it presents as hard lump with central black spot which on squeezing releases the brown substance.it can occur on back,armpit or shoulder or chest.no medical treatment works in this condition it can be cured by only surgical excision
