General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Your symptoms can be attributed to the orange seed stuck in the throat & the trauma caused by it to the surrounding soft tissues.
Kindly consult an ENT specialist & get it removed before it causes further damage.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained with administration of analgesic anti-inflammatory medications, antihistamines & antibiotics (to prevent secondary infection)

Wishing you a good health.
Take care
