Painful, Stiff Neck And Frontal Headache After Being Choked And Hit On The Head. Is This Normal?

I got in a fight yesterday and was choked very violently and hit in the head (with hand not fist) 3 times and my throat is not bruised nor have any marks but it hurts as if I had a mild stiff neck or if I touched a bad bruise and my head feels like I have a really bad headache and behind my eyes hurt. I was hit in the back but the head ache is mainly in the front. I just want to know is this normal?

Hi , i have read your problem . Hit in head causes spasm in neck muscles ,this cause stiffness of neck and headache in frontal region . You should consult your doctor and take proper painkillers + muscle relaxants , otherwise apart from frontal headache , back of head will also become painful. this is just normal but you should take care of it , your doctor may get your neck xrays in AP and Lateral done to see curvature of cervical area. till then apply cold packs for30 mins in morning and evening for 3 days .
