Painful Lump On Scalp Reappeared Filled With White Yellowish Puss. Can I Get It Removed?

I have had a lump on my scalp for years now. I scratched my head about 6 months ago and managed to drain the bump of the fluid. It was a mix of clear fluid and blood. The bump went down in size. Now it is back again, came back about 4 to 6 months ago. I pressed on it to see if it moved it moved under the skin and some white yellowish puss came out. The bump is as of the last few days, starting to be painful around the bump area. Should I be worried and
what kind of doctor should I consult to have it removed if I can

It seems as initially you attempted to drain the lump it might have got infected so you are facing yellowish pus discharge
for this you must consult a Surgeon and get it properly treated
with best wishes
