Pain On Vertex Of Scalp, Nausea, Vomiting. What Could Be This?

Hi , I have a test can you help me answer it ? A 20 year old male patient comes with pain on vertex of the scalp . Has nausea and vomiting , one week ago he had bicycle accident nd his helmet split ! didnt loose consciousness and no amnesia . on exam has tenderness over vertex , neurologic exam normal . what is it ? 1 - Sub Arachnoid hemmorhage 2 - Subdural Hematoma 3 - Extradural hematoma 4 - Concussion 5 - Post traumatic headache

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The first possibility is a concussion, as the patient has nausea and vomiting too. In the absence of any focal neurological deficits, the chances of subarachnoid, subdural or extradural hemorrhage is very low.
If only headache was there, then, it could be called as post-traumatic headache.
