Yesterday this pain started in my upper right arm where my arm connects to my shoulder but most of pain is in arm. It happened while i was extending my arm out during sewing. Now it hurts to move it or lift it up and it doesn t seem to be getting better. What can i do to help it? What is going on? I am in pretty good shape and am only 22. I am not sure if that info helps but i figured id put it out there.
