Pain In Right Knee, Right Hip. Applied Muscle Creams, Not Helping

hello... I have been having a deep ache in my right knee and my right hip that continues to wake me up at night. I've tried muscle creams, etc. and nothing seems to help. It wakes me up after about 4-5 hours of sleep. I don't know if I am sleeping just on one side or exactly what I'm doing to cause this to all of a sudden start. Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

As you are having the symptoms for a substantial length of time, it is not wise to just stay back at home and follow home remedies or self care measures. Your history definitely points to a significant problem in the joints.

A detailed clinical examination and appropriate investigations are necessary to establish a correct diagnosis of your condition.

I suggest you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
