Pain in my upper arm,also shoulder and back of neck on the same side. Arm feels like there is a screw in it that someone is turning. Fade s away for a bit but not for long. Can't sleep for long without being woken up by it. Had it for a week or so. It's getting worse. Can't get an appointment to see the doctor. Also tingling sensation, pins and needles, on and off. Please could you give me any thoughts on the matter? Thanks a lot.
