Pain In Left Pectoral Muscle, Arm Pit Area And Chest, Lump In Throat. Any Suggestion?

I'm having some dull pain (some soreness) in my left pectoral muscle and in my arm pit area. My left arm feels a bit weak as well, as if it is about to fall asleep. I've also got a bit of a lump in my throat, and it causes a bit of a dull pain to swallow things. I also experience a bit of a dull-sharp pain in my chest when I take in a deep breath.

Hello,welcome to HCM,
Pain presentation may be
a.heart related
b. lung related
c. muscle related.
In your case it looks like muscle or lung related because of associated pain in swallowing and deep breathing .
I suggest you take rest and painkillers for a day.
if there is no reduction in pain/increase ,do visit a physician who can pinpoint exact cause.
