Pain In Knee. Doctors Suggested Exercise, Not Giving Any Result

.i have a pain in my knee for about 6 month i visited some doctors and they all agree that i didnt have any movement and i should start to exercise and i did it but unfotunately i didnt get any result . i should add that when i put high heels and dance my pain increase . thank u so much for helping me and give your time

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have arthritis of the knee joint, You may need to have M.R.I, for diagnosis. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I prescribe to my patients with such symptoms neurotropic injections , for 10 consecutive days. ofloxacin, anti inflamatories.
Avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
