Pain In Hip Bone And Rib, Painful Urination And Bowel Movement, No Nausea Or Fever. What Could It Be?

16 year old female has pain on the left side of her belly, between her last rib and hip bone. Pain with urination and bowel movements. No fever, no nausea and has taken nothing for pain. Has had this pain for a couple of days. Hurts when light pressure is applied. Wondering if this is an issue that may resolve on it's own, or take her to be seen by her physician. Does it seem to need immediate attention or can it wait a couple more days?

Hi, it appears to be due to the urinary tract infection, or a stone in the uriter, probably in the middle, or it may the infection of the kidney it self. To some extent it may be due to the orthopedic cause.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
