Pain In Hands, Difficulty Lifting Objects, Pain In Heels. Underlying Cause?

Hi there,
I hope you can help with this query, I'm a baker and have had pains in my hands for the last year and I can't lift anything heavy or turn my hands a particular way or else I'm in pain. Around the same time I started to get pains in my heels, this only hurts when I press against the back to my heels or if I hit off them by accident, its very painful.
Any suggestions on what may be the cause of this would be much appreciated.

Hi, Matt, Thanks for calling Health care magic forum .
You are suffering from pain of hands, can't lift any thing.Can not turn the head in some directions.
The reasons could be due to the arthritis, cervical spondilosis, dislocation of the shoulder etc.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I also advise you to avoid potato, other tubers,tomato, egg, chicken , and sea foods, till it is diagnosed.
