Pain In Chest During Deep Breaths.Suspect Muscle Strain. Recommend Exercise To Strengthen These Muscles?

Greetings.

I am Shreyas Patel currently I am of 26 age and I am located in Surat(India). I have a query regarding heart.
More specifically I want to ask why I am feeling pain in my heart,once in a week.
But in last month I have faced pain twice in a week.When I take deep breath their is muscle strain in some of my body parts mainly in thoracic (upper part ) and near heart.I am a Sotware Engg. by profession, and I don't have any hectic life schedule.

Please suggest me some need full or some kind of exercise to get out of it.

Dear Shreyas .

Looking into your problem i would say that in such young age of 26 years it is very unlikely to have a cardiac problem . Since the pain is not associated with any kind of sweating an it is periodic there is nothing to worry . There is immense probabilty of muscle strain but you dont mention any histiry of fall or lifting heavy weight.

I suggest you to see an orthopaedician as you are getting the pain last week two times so it needs to be evaluated futher because since you have a very short history nothing canbe said
as if now without proper check up .

Hello,
First of all this pain is not connected to the heart and is definitely a muscle strain only.Any pain in chest which lasts for less than a minute can not be a heart problem.
You seem to be a sedentary person and your job,probably makes you sit through out the day.
You should start a effective exercises schedule for better health and good muscular and lean body.
Start going for brisk morning walk or running and join a regular gym activity.
Eat healthy by consuming more fresh fruits and green vegetables and avoiding junk foods.
