Pain In Calf Muscles, Tingling Toes, Back Pain. Any Suggestion?

Pain in my left calf on the outside.. feels like a chain pulling in my leg... then my right toes tingle I am on my feet all day I am a waitress
my back hurts but not real bad... I walk alot.. I am not overweight . then my right hip sometimes like draws doesn't last tooo long depends on how long I have been on my feet...

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion the pain you are suffering is mostly stress related and I suggest you to have test done for muscle enzyme levels and accordingly you must be treated. If you have much pain I also suggest you to take tab. diclofenac when there is more pain and calcium tablets for 1 week.
