Pain During Urination Common In New Born?

Dear Doctor My daughter is just 3 weeks old and she is crying for 5-10 minutes before she urinates/motion. Her motion is very loose with yellow colour. When I visited our pediatrician, I was told it is very common, nothing to worry. My daughter is absolutely on breastfeed. It seems that before her motion comes out she has some kind of irritation and that's why she cries for 5-10 minutes. Please advice what to do. Is it very common or should I consult another Pediatrician? Please advice
