Pain came on sudden. Began with mild stiff neck pain as (if I slept wrong).. But began in evening hours after work. Next day pain becoming worse radiating down my trapeze muscle to my right shoulder then my arm. Hurts to carry a light backpack or even when I lean against the couch. I took 975 mg Tylenol.. Helped briefly.. Now awakened during the night when pain .. I took ibuprofen 600 mg now. It hurts my right shoulder now.. Just typing.
I'm 36 yrs old, an RN, with a 1 year old and 4 yr old. Pain began after 2 -14 hour shifts.
Thanks for any advice.
