Pain Behind Left Ear In Glands, Blood Squirting Out. What Could Be This?

my husband has had a hurting behind his left ear. not inside the ear but I think it is where the glands are. this morning he felt he had something in his mouth and went to spit it out in the bathroom sink. he said that a lot of blood was squirting out. and bleeding hard. it has not happened again today. he is a very stubborn Frenchman, and wont go to the ER. but he is going to his cancer doctor on Wednesday and think it could be alright until then. thank you for your time.

Hi, from your quiry it known that he is also suffering from cancer as well, There might be some metastasis in his mouth, which due to jurk of injury had some ulcer, or would have a bite may not be due to cancer, next morning he had bleeding, due to some infection, as he he is not bleeding now , he can wait for few days to see the doctor. Thank you.
