Pain And Discomfort In Eye After An Injury. Prescribed Neo Deca, Have Some Relief. See A Specialist?
My son poked my left eye last night. I couldn't open my eyes for the next 5 minutes and after I did, I felt like there's a piece of sand near the top eyelid that never want to go away no matter how much I rinsed my eye with water. This morning, I woke up with the same feeling in the eye. I drove myself to see a GP and I could barely drive with both eyes opened. The "sand feeling" felt bigger and more irritating when I drove and looked into the bright road. But when I reached home, the feeling was more comfortable and I could even use both eyes to read and surf the net. Please advise if I should go to see an eye specialist or wait till the pain goes away on its own. GP prescribed me with Neo Deca eyedrop.

Pain And Discomfort In Eye After An Injury. Prescribed Neo Deca, Have Some Relief. See A Specialist?
Hi, I suggest to wait for Neo Deca eyedrop to do the effect. It will need time to get the desired results. I also suggest to keep your eyes clean. I usually advise my patients : - wash the eyes with wet soft clothing/ear cotton - can use chamomile tea (dip the clothing/ear cotton with camomile tea and wash the eyes) If no improvement with a couple of days, can consult eye specialist. All the best! Dr.Alba
