1.1 cm x 1.6 cm in size hypoechoic area noted adjacent to gestational sac. This may represent subchorionic hemorrhage.

Follow-up sonogram with beta serum-hCG level is suggested after 5-7 days. Present findings should be correlated with beta serum hCG level.

Minimal free fluid noted in cul-de-sac.
