Oval Spots On Penis Head Post Sex,pain On Washing And Masturbation.Is It STI?

hello im 18 and had sex about a month ago, I have recently knoticed 2 oval shaped spots just under my bellend no bigger than 1cm. they cause litle irritation and little pain , the only pain i seem to get is when im washing the bellend or attempting to mastubate. i am simply wondering if this is an STI or anything serious to worry about???

Hai, It may be a Balanoposthitis (Inflammation of foreskin and glans penis) or it may be due to mild injury during sex or due to drug allergy. Balanoposthitis may be due to various reasons like yeast, irritation, allergy etc. It may not be due to major STD, but may be a marker. So consult your nearby dermato venereologist and he/she will guide you further to treat the same. Get well soon. Dr SM
