Our Collie has been having issues with excessive licking. The vet gave us anti-biotics and allergy medication. However, he started licking again today after several weeks of the medication. He also has been given a cough suppressant due to some hacking. This has improved but this is the second round of the medication since it started up again after the first round finished. Any idea?
