the patient for which I am asking for consultation is my brother. he is totally reluctant to visit or consult the doctor, though he had followed and undergone medication since past couple of years, but now he is unwilling and becomes violent if one tries to. so what do u suggest me for continuing his treatment. now he is on resperidone since past 3 years.

it is well know in psychiatry that if a patient on drug becomes uncooperative and reluctant to drug he is relapsing and need urgent attention of psychiatrist and adjustment or increase of doses of drugs
Please take him to psychiatrist for evaluatoon and drugs adjustment
