On October 12th, I took a pregnancy test and it came out postive but it was light. I had sex October 13th, right before work that night. When I got to work I started getting dizzy, hot, couldn't breathe, I felt nauseous. When I got home, I was fine until noon. I started bleeding, I called my doctor and said there wasn't anything they could do. I started to have light cramps an hour later. I took a nap for a few hours and woke up. I went to the bathroom and I saw this. I figured it was a miscarriage. I was really upset, and didn't even think to keep it. I feel so guilty now. Is this 100% a miscarriage? I haven't talked to anyone except my mom about it really.
