On February 25th, I Had A Radical Prostatectomy (robot Assisted

On February 25th, I had a radical prostatectomy (robot assisted laparoscopic method). Catheter was removed March 2nd. After 2-3 days of mild pain and slight bleeding, urination was painless and relatively normal for nearly 3 weeks. A few days ago, my urination became painful and there was a fair amount of fresh red blood. The bleeding decreased overnight and seems to have stopped. However, there are now solids passing with my urine, some of which look like small sheets of skin (2-3mm). I asked my urologist if this is normal, or something requiring attention. He said it was hard to say, but he was glad I stopped bleeding. I am not sure what to make of that response.
