On 12/3/2011 I Went To The ER For Severe Flank

On 12/3/2011 I went to the ER for severe flank pain and vomiting, I assumed this was another kidney infection. (I have had two hospital admissions for kidney infection at age 17 and 21) On this day however, the diagnosis was a large stone; as such, I was admitted for ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy to be performed on the following morning. I experienced some sort of post/op complication and the day my stent was removed, just one week later, I was still in so much pain it drove me back into the ER that night. I was once again admitted, the urologist said my CT looked almost identical to the one from the stone. (I assume this was a blood clot, not sure) I had ureteroscopy again the next morning and another stent was placed for a week. Mild pain after in recovery, and intermittent flank pain since the procedure.
In 2014 I went into ER, was treated like a drug seeker and screened only for pregnancy, UTI, and drugs, given torodol and sent home with a bill, for nothing. (btw, I am allergic to Vicodin-I prefer Ibuprofen 800 for pain).
On 7/25/15 Low grade fever, flank pain which lasted one week sent me to urgent care. My bp was elevated on arrival, which I attributed to the level of pain which I believed to be another kidney infection. Diagnosed with UTI, Given Bactrim, Completed ABT and still had right side flank pain. I purchase home test strips for UTI-1 day post ABT Negative FOR UTI, Still in moderate pain which is intermittent and can be positional for several days.
On 8/7/15 severe flank pain drives me into ER. My admitting BP is 201/152. This time however, I assume this is gall bladder related because my UTI was clear.
I was given pain meds, bp drops to normal range. CT reveals that the obstruction from the post op complication is causing mild hydronephrosis in the right kidney- causing my pain and I assume the high blood pressures.
I am given Flagyl for my mention of possible BV when asked about any other health problems and requested IBU 800 for pain. I amm currently taking these meds.
I was advised to F/U with Urology. I do not have health insurance. I cannot afford to do this and do not qualify for Medicaid. Will this resolve on its own? Will this continue to be painful- it is still ranging from a pain scale of 1 to 5 with pain management med. Will I have a poor prognosis if I do nothing? What are the options?
