Okay So I Took The DepoProvera Shot, And Was Told

Okay so I took the DepoProvera shot, and was told I might have a heavy period for a while, but a few weeks later, I had sex with a guy (I know for sure he has no STD’s or STI’s), he was the second guy I’ve ever done things with, and with the first guy I had not been on the shot and did not experience any of this, and we did it multiple times in one night as well. I am 17 and we did it multiple times that night, and I noticed my labia had swollen extremely, like 3x its size, and was red and tender, and my vagina was itchy. Later, I finally got a period, but the discharge was brownish and creamy, and there was a lot of clots and pink tissue coming out. There isn’t a foul odor, just a normal, healthy vagina smell, but the discharge continued, it comes out lightly, I barely notice it unless I masturbate and see it on my fingers or in my underwear so I have to wear pantyliners, and my urine is cloudy with little reddish-brown particles floating in it, and when I wipe there is reddish brown particles on the toilet paper. The itchiness is bad, and itching causes more swelling. When I urinate during when I am very swollen it burns and now when I urinate there is not a steady stream. My vulva gets very red, tender, and intensely itchy and swollen, but also temporarily gets better. Very warm or very cold water helps temporarily, as well as hydrocortisone cream, and I think it has gone away, but I don’t know what it is and I want to know in case it comes back. I can’t go to a doctor bc I have no insurance and don’t live with my parents, can someone help? I need to know what this is… I found people with similar stories but no answers.. I don’t think it’s PID or just a yeast infection, though a yeast infection may be a part of it bc I was using feminine deodorant spray and I heard that can cause yeast infections, but I’ve been using it forever and not had problems. Also there is a chance of me being pregnant because the first guy, the guy I lost my virginity to, came in me multiple times and my new bf only used pull-out, bc I just got my first depo shot (a week before I had sex with my new bf). I lost my virginity to my ex 8 weeks ago (he left me a week later) and then with my new boyfriend it was about 2 weeks ago.
