Ok, So I Have MCTD, Dysautonomia, On TPN (so Dedication

Ok, so I have MCTD, dysautonomia, on TPN (so dedication CVC), and anemic. I know my hemoglobin at 8.1 is just above my docs agreed transfusion level @8. My issue is the WBC% ratio and absolute count. Specifically eosinophils. Considering my symptoms SOB, palpitations, weakness, dizziness, tired....I feel like it should be addressed at some level, especially considering a central line is present, but I would like some thoughts on it because I don't like confronting Doctors over not reading all of the labs they request. (FYI I have mychart where I see labs asap).

Heres your numbers (wbc differential only): I put last 3 labs for comparison.
dates in order 11/10, 11/21, 12/5
