I picked it and it bleeding a little not much I'm 15 and it doesn't look like cold sore I was wondering if it could be from a sinus infection because earlier that week I felt kind of the drainage in my ear I also suffer from anxiety health anxiety to be exact im worry about getting a disease or hepatitis or worse and I haven't been in contact with anybody lately except for my mom and Grandma piz tell me have nothing to worry about I'm really worried
