Noticed Swelling On Forehead After An Accidental Fall

I FELL INTO THE CEMENT… AND IMMEDITAELY MY LEFT FOREHEAD WAS SWOLLEN.. I PUT SOME ICE… THE SWOLLEN GOT REDUCED.. I DIDN’T SEE A DCOTOR.. DO I NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR? SOMETIMES I FEEL IM OUT OF BALANCE.. AND ADDITIONAL… MY LEFCT CHEST… I MEAN MY BOOBS ALSO WAS HIT…

Welcome on HCM!

Your symptoms are quite normal after a head trauma. They are related to the soft tissues injury. But there is no reason to think about any serious medical disorder.
You have no symptoms of any possible brain dysfunction or bleeding.
So, I would recommend you to take acetaminophen for the pain, have some rest and avoid possible repeated head trauma. You will get better soon!
If you have persistent headache, nausea or progressive gait disturbances, I recommend going to the ER for a brain CT scan.
