Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that there has been either burning of the skin with the hot wax or there has been peeling off the top layer of skin due to waxing leading to inflammation in that area and it is leading to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and the brown patch is due to pigmentation..
I would suggest you to start apply depigmentation creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
