Noticed Problem In Appetite And Sleep

Hello Dr. Kondekar, My name is Usha and I have a three and a half yr old daughter. She doesn't like to eat anything at all. There is nothing that she likes in food for me to motivate her. And so, is her sleep pattern.
Every day, I have to threaten her dark room or time outs to feed her. This is happening since she turned 15 months

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Feeding should be a pleasant experience for the baby.
You should feed her with tender loving care by telling stories or singing songs.
Feed those foods the baby likes and not the foods which you feel good for your child.
Offer different varieties of foods and take much time to feed the baby.
Don't feed fer in hurry and when she is not hungry.
You may try Cypon drops if you feel necessary.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
