Noticed A Painfully Swollen Testicles After Fluid Being Removed

I had fluid removed from an area on my testicle yesterday. Earlier today I squeezed it to see if more fluid would be removed. Now an even larger area near the top of my testicles is painfully swollen. I have just started the antibiotics I was given, but should I do anything else? I took a warm bath.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. Why was the fluid was removed? This is a procedure very rarely done , and no one presses on the testis . Anyways, go for an urgent ultrasound of the scrotum to see what has gone wrong, is there a hematoma development.
Consult an Urologist. Follow his advise.
