Noticed A Increased In The Craving For Food

I have been drinking a couple of cups more of coffee in the morning and maybe a couple of glasses of water... this has been replacing Diet Dr. Pepper and I have a drink constantly. I have been having frequent urination and hungrier more than usual. I have a protein shake for breakfast and fruit usually for breakfast, but it's not filling me up. Not sure what the deal is.

hi,, i am understanding your concern well you need to have carbs like brown bread,roti,oats,oatmeal, with protein shake in the morning bcoz carbs have protein sparing action..rise your carbs intake in your daily diet a bit so it can help you to feel energetic through the day..and two coffee is not a big deal in whole day..drink plenty of water its good for our body..
