Rheumatologist 's  Response
Hi!

Thank you for asking your query.

Looking into your problem , SLE is known to get flared in the duration of pregnancy and post partum . In you case it can be due to lupus activity but it is less likely , it can be due to lactational amenorrhoea as sometimes it can be prolonged.
Iadvise you to visit a gynaecologist and consult her regarding this also to rule any further pregnancy going on.
Plus it is advisable to you to visit your rheumatologist and get you lupus activity evaluated and also the drug doses adjusted according to your status.
Nothing definite can be said without further evaluation as amenorrhoea after pregnancy can be due to multiple causes.

Thank you.

If you have any queries feel free to ask.
