Nipple Has White Head. Is It Due To Piercing? Why Causing Pain?
hello sir, I am a 29 year old male. roughly 2 1/2 months ago my left nipple developed what looks like a white head. It looks like a pimple . I did have my nipples pierced several years ago, but have long since healed. I tried to pop it with a pin, but nothing came out. what could this be? It is not painful, but my nipple is always hard. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It could be a keloid that might have occured ant place of healed piercing. If its small it would response to silicone gel application and steroid cream application. If large then few intralesional steroid injections in the same might be required.
