Need Treatment For Stomach Infection With Vomiting And Diarrhea?

hi all. My baby is 18 months, had a tummy virus...some vomitting, diahorrea off and on for 1.5 weeks. she went from slimming down to a bloated belly, kind of hard. she is in no pain and I would assume she is full of gas and probably poo. her gas today smells terrible. any advise?? thanks in advance!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms of diarrhea are there more than a week then it may not be the viral infection or it must have been secondary protozoa or bacterial infection ideally stool needs to be sent for investigation but condition can be managed tentatively with Metronidazole and Domperidone, but most important is to take care of hydration hope this information helps.
