Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be cellulitis or soft tissue infection. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend a course of heavy antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs for two weeks. Apply antibiotic cream like gentamicin cream. Cleanse the foot with savlone liquid. Take rest and keep the foot elevated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
