Need Treatment For Constipation

hi, I feel like I need to evacuate my bowels but when I get to the toilet nothing happens although it is definitely up there ! it feels like something is stopping it coming down. about one out of five times that I go I get some but even then it feels like there is more and it is being blocked.......

Take more fibre diet, plenty of water, and isabgol 10 gm at bed time. hore your problem get dissolved.
